Autistic Families Who Have Found Us

I love Spectrum Parents. This group has helped me so much. I have 2 special needs boys. One of which is on the spectrum. I love how everyone is there for each other! I love how my boys can attend AMAZING events with no worries. He can be himself without judgment of others. Suzi always makes sure we always have a lot of things to do all year long and most of which we wouldn’t be able to do without her! I also love that there are also events for the parents to attend just for us to unwind and know we are not alone on this journey. I am beyond grateful and so blessed to be a part of this group! It has been truly life changing!!

This is so important for my family’s journey. We have had so many amazing experiences because of this page. Egg hunts, beach nights, sleigh rides, roller skating and so much more!! The best part is the acceptance and the freedom to be you!! Our lives are full of new adventures and can’t wait to find the next one!!

This group has been a lifesaver to my family when my son was diagnosed with Autism. The group provides an abundance of information and resources, outing availabilities not only for your ASD child, the whole family, and also parent-only events. If you have a question, praise, or concern – post it. You get advice, love and support in return. Spectrum isn’t a group, it’s a Tribe! I have come to feel I am not alone in my family’s challenging journey. For that, I am extremely grateful!

I would be lost without Suzi and what she has created for people touched by autism. She has so much positive and welcoming energy. She has created an encouraging and supportive online environment filled with vital resources. She works tirelessly to create events to fit EVERYONES needs and schedule. However, it’s more than events and resources, it’s a community, a family really. She’s done something amazing, something that can’t be replicated. Thank you!

Having a kiddo on the spectrum, I always look for events that are more accepting, respectful of sensory differences and fun. This site has provided all of that in one stop and is so easy to use. We are so thankful to have this page and have enjoyed many many events!! Love this page and cannot recommend it enough! 😁
