GonnawannaMOVEagin’ – FACT’s Body Movement Class
Interested in learning more about how to move and use your body to become more active and less stationary? Join FACT as we learn how to move and use our body through play and physical activities. Our instructor will incorporate different body movements into everyday activities that we often use subconscious thoughts to engage in (ie. performing a body squat to play a game of musical chairs or performing a lunge to play a game of red-light-green-light). This program is designed to encourage movement and play in all individuals while focusing on how the body moves and works. We will end each session with basic Yoga movements and a whole body stretch.
Who: Individuals with autism who are 6 and older

When: Every Tuesday from March 8-May 3 (no class on April 12) from 6-6:45pm.
