My First Yoga and Meditation Class

In this class, we will spend time moving our bodies, learning the basics of meditation through exploring our 5 senses, and going on cool yoga adventures! We will be going under the sea, into outer space, on exciting safaris and to the beach! This class is taught by two certified yoga and meditation teachers who love working with kids!
