Restorative Flow 60min

In this class, we will be slow and gentle with our bodies, breathing in deeply into the poses, increasing our flexibility and mindfulness.

This class will focus on releasing and letting go. We will use minimal muscular effort and maximize the depth of our movement on the mat, breathing into the areas of tension.

What you will need:

– mat

– workout/yoga clothes

– pillow for sitting during meditation (optional)

– blocks/props (optional)


Please modify poses as you see fit – if you have injuries and certain poses aren’t accessibly, use alternative variations. If you’re pregnant, please consult with your doctor prior to the class and let me know ahead of time so I’m able to offer different poses for you.

Classes are FREE – you are welcome to donate to a charity. Feel free to invite friends and family. Please register for the Zoom link.
